2020 Hindsight: It's a Grand Ol' Flag

I have never considered my self a rah rah USA USA kinda guy.  But, I have to admit, as I sit here on the 185th day of 2020 on 7/3/2020, the eve of Independence Day, my 2020 Hindsight is it's a grand ol' flag.  There is a local realtor who puts out American flags on patriotic holidays but we do not live in their coverage zone.  Well, this year, they made a special trip to our house and gave us flags.  It means a lot to me.  I love the Red, White, and Blue,  Maybe it's a little related to the colors of Penn and their uniforms also being Red and Blue and White.  I dunno, but I love July 4th and I am bit maudlin that we are not having our traditional BBQ tomorrow.  May be the first one we have missed since we were on Outer Banks for 7/4 one year.  And I have a speaker to play the music this year and everything.  Oh, well, next year.  For now, I will just look out my window, to my front lawn, and enjoy the flags.
